In Dream

Synopsis: Is a dream a reflection of reality or a manifestation of unfulfilled desires?
Hong-hwa, who works day and night to pay her father's hospital, is living a
hellish life suffering from noise from the upstairs neighbor in her old and
shabby house. After participating in a drug trial for the money, Hong-hwa
develops the ability to enter other people's dreams, and in the dream of a friend
who has been kidnapped by a serial killer, she meets Jae-in, who can control
others' dreams. In the midst of the mixed-up world of dreams and reality,
Jae-in whispers to Hong-hwa, "Don't you want to kill someone too?"
In the endless depression of reality where she has lost everything, including her
dreams, love, and future, Jae-in's whisper is like a sweet temptation.
However, when the desire to kill someone becomes a reality, it becomes a
completely different problem. Will she become a monster, or will she remain human?
The secret and desire hidden deep inside each of them, and the dangerous and
secret story of the detective who is tracking them, unfolds in the story of those
who choose to become a monster with the theme of "Dream Walking,"
and those who choose differently.
